Well depending on the year and current timestamp, one idea could be an event maybe. Like nothing big, but like the halloween dinner they've got in the series, something small like that. Or even the houses doing a party at the courtyard.

Alright, thanks, I was gonna ask that. But yeah, sometimes events can help reactivate people in a group, because some people love having things planned that their characters can attend.

Also, by time stamp I mean like around what time of the year. Like the holidays coming up, usually helps making event ideas.

I get that, that's kind of what happened to my Harry Potter group, everyone started becoming inactive

Oh yeah, for sure, but it still helps, just have to be able to think of middle age traditions really, since that's about the theme Hogwarts has. And then for the students you just have to be able to think of what 80's/90's kids would like
