The Booked Teens discussion

So here is the thread for discussing our December BOTM that is The Midnight Library.

I thought it was meh. The idea was interesting, but the characters felt distant and kind of bland, and the themes were over-pushed and directly stated multiple times. It felt preachy.

Actually I am really afraid to read the book because I think it will be really triggering to me but so many people and bookshops have recommended it so I really want to read it somehow… Did the plot trigger some of you?
