This: Read a book that a family member, friend or someone you admire has recommended.
or
That: A book with a 5 or 6 word title.

For this month's task I went with That: A book with a 5 or 6 word title. I read One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (6 words) by Ken Kesey. I had seen the movie adaptation but hadn't previously read the book. I enjoyed it thoroughly. The characters will well-drawn and the situations well presented. And even anticipating how it was all going to work out I still felt the impact of the latter stages of the book. 4 1/4 stars.

This: I read 1984 by George Orwell at the insistence of my boyfriend. I had never read it before because well... just hadn't. I'm a bit weird with "classic" literature. And oh boy was that ever the most hopeless read but I could see a lot of inspiration from that book in the dystopian, post-apocalyptic novels I have read. Thankfully, those are a little less hopeless.

Amy (amybtate) | 16 comments I read Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin. it fits for both this and that. I absolutely loved it - the characters were well developed and it was completely absorbing for me. I gave it 5⭐️
