I'll consider that. And by 'I'll consider that,' I mean that it's a good idea, I just have to figure out how to actually execute that XD

I got an idea from the Ambivert's bookclub groupAnd they started it
It is called bling book dating
It's where a mod will post a summary of an unnamed book. You can rate how intriguing/boring the book sounds to you like this: LOVE-😍 MEH-😐 NOPE-🥱
Once activity stops, we will post the link to the book, and if you liked it you can add it to your tbr to eventually read!

Ok, so there are a lot of people who have joined but don't participate in the group. I was thinking that maybe you could make a topic or something so everyone who gets a notification for it and still wants to be a part of the group can just comment their name and everyone that doesn't comment their name can be deleted from the group. you might not like that idea but I just thought there isn't really any point in having, let's say, 300 members and only 200 of them actually participate in the group.

True, however some people join groups to read the books they read or discuss, not necessarily to participate. Not to mention that many people get busy with their lives and don't have much time to get on the internet or Goodreads. We'll consider/discuss this, I'm just not sure it is the best idea. We don't necessarily want to 'punish' people for not engaging with other members. This idea makes more sense in roleplaying groups than it does in a book group.

We have plans for one, yes. We were intending to have one in February, however many of us mods ran into issues with struggling to be online this month, mostly due to school and life events. However, a March challenge is intended.

I totally understand that and it’s perfectly okay. I hope all of you are doing well. I will look forward to participating in the challenge whenever it will work for all of you.
Hi! I was wondering if for the Summer Sandcastles challenge the prompts that we have completed can please be crossed out by the moderator so we know which one we have completed?
Alexandria wrote: "Yes, they can be crossed out. One sec"Thanks so much for your help, Alexandria! :))
