Would you recommend this book? Sure.

I read this for the prompt but, I will still be reading the monthly read of A Good Girl's Guide to Murder.

Would you recommend this book? I think so. It didn't blow me away like it did other friends on Goodreads but it kept me interested enough to have theories about the murder and want to find out the truth. I'm not sure I'll continue on in the series, though.

Would you recommend this book? Yes. Obviously things were missed out in the adaptation, but it still had an impact. But I'd be quicker to recommend the original for most people, I think.

Would you recommend this book? Yes. I'm continuing the series by reading Good Girl, Bad Blood.

I'm also reading Such a Fun Age for this prompt, but I've just started it. Glad to see so many people enjoyed it.

Would I Recommend?: I fall in the very middle. This is VERY YA and was pretty hard to truly suspend belief to get through this. There is no way (IMO) that this could ever happen in the real world, but if you can do that it was a satisfying murder mystery. I loved the mixed media format of the book.

Would you recommend this book? If you enjoy YA and can suspend disbelief for the sake of the story.
I love a good police procedural, and while this isn't one, the mixed media does give that same satisfaction of organizing data and organized thinking. Also, I'm a sucker for a good murder mystery.

Would you recommend this book? I read the abridged version of this book. It was O.K. I don't know that I enjoyed it all that much. I think there are a lot of details that I missed in this version. If you have struggling readers, this would be a decent option. It was easy to read and short. For advanced readers, this would be lacking.

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, #1) by Holly Jackson

Erica | 1268 comments Title: Rainy Day Friends (never rained in the book)
Author: Jill Shalvis
Recommend: If this is your genre sure but otherwise no. I thought it was the weakest from the 7 book series of Wildstone.

Author: Joseph Conrad
Recommend?: I would recommend this novella to someone who likes classics and/or adventures at sea.
