I cried so hard over this book it’s not even funny.

Yes it is not funny but it is hell awesome af

I loved this book!! It's really what got me into historical fiction and it was so unique, being told in Death's perspective. I loved what Zusak did at the beginning, describing people in colors and the way that he said that he was just a result and wasn't malicious or evil! It really gave a perspective that I've only seen in one other book (Scythe)

Totally! I was madly in love with the book and couldn't stop thinking about it even though I started a new book and was held back for like a week. When I got back to reading normally, it felt like I was betraying the book by reading something else.
