I'm glad you are keeping at it, even though you haven't completely finished in the past. If you find one new book or author to love from a yearly challenge, it is worth the participation! :-)

Welcome Angie and Christina! We are so happy to have more readers join us this year!!

message 12: by Sara (new)

Sara Caauwe | 31 comments This year I decided to focus on getting my challenges done sooner in the year instead of rushing to finish in December. So I’ve finished the challenge for this year except for best book of the year. The bookshelf with my choices is on my profile.

Excellent! Congrats, Sara!! I'll be sure to check out your shelf, as I always find at least one or two to add to my TBR list, not that I need to add to it...

Sara Caauwe | 31 comments Will there be a new challenge list for 2023?

Hi Sara ~ There will be! I hope to get that posted today.

Virginia | 15 comments I finished the list in November! You can find my list on "2022-Reading-Challenge--Read" on my profile. I enjoyed most of what I read, but one or two were not my style. But it is always good to go outside your usual reading lists. Two that are not on here but that I found really interesting were "Demon Copperhead" by Barbara Kingsolver and "And There Was Light: Abraham Lincoln and the American Struggle" by Jon Meacham. AND I finally finished "Guns of August."

Congrats Virginia! I love finding new reads that I wouldn't have found without doing a challenge like this. But the cost is often a few that I end up not really liking. :-)
