I don't know which of the two you consider to be correct. On the covers it appears only as "Inés Plana". But if you consider the correct one is "Inés Plana Giné", the correct name to order by is "Plana Giné, Inés", not "Giné, Inés Plana". In Spain we have two surnames and it is not usual to have a middle name.
