The idea was fantastic and I really enjoyed the characters, but I didn't love the book. I feel like the author could have done SO much with her ideas but she didn't.
Either way, I enjoyed it. I'm not sure if I'll read the second one though.

(finally! Don’t know why I kept putting it off as it was my most anticipated read of 2021!) gave it a 4/4.5! Loved it.
A year to the day after the inauguration, I read The Hill We Climb: An Inaugural Poem by Amanda Gorman. It's the hardcover with the blue background.
