Shawna Finnigan (sugoishawn) | 360 comments Yes! They really are! If you want to make a change to your life, there's nothing that says you have to do it at the start of the year. You can do it at any time so I've never really understood the hype surrounding New Years resolutions

Shawna and Fey, you both have really good points!

I’m somewhere in between. I think generally New Years’ resolutions tend to be overrated because who really keeps them successfully? I know I never do! I think the concept of the fresh start is really nice, but I think the reality of it falls flat

I couldn't make any of my new years' resolutions successful. So, I didn't make any this year.
