My dear fellow travellers,
This year I am aware of so many things for which to be grateful.
First and foremost we are all here and if not unscathed, then what>
We have been scathed and we are standing with our hearts open in our integrity. I am grateful that we are on this flight together.

I am grateful for all the amazing books that the reading muses have brought my way. I am so grateful for my eyesight, and for that matter for all of my senses. I am grateful to my bones for still carrying me and my body for holding it all together. I am very grateful to my organs and appreciate how hard they have to work to keep me going.

I could carry on but the list runs off the page. I am grateful for each one of you and your contributions always put a zest in my day.

May we all manifest more joy and vibrant health in the New Year

Beautiful list Magdelanye. Amongst the many things for which I am grateful, of course I am particularly grateful for my health and good friends, like the ones I've found in this group.

Is this the story behind The Snowman: The Snowman? I read this a few years back and really enjoyed it.

We also did Sound of Music. A couple of English films to do:
Goodbye Mr. Chips and The Making of Goodnight Mr Tom. I have also been doing introductions to Comedy and Dr Who. Next to encourage some reading alongside.

well I looked at the snowman and it looks charming but really, the boy invites him home, where its warm. Sounds risky 🤨

One thing I really love about this group is our diversity even for such a small group, and I am grateful for the fact that we appreciate that.

I am grateful too for the time I have had this year for reading and the Powell River Library for making my separation from my own library almost bearable.
I am also grateful for all the lessons this hard year has brought me. Now please can we just stop the wars!
