Jen's Never Say Never Again Challenge for Year 2022

Nothing is set in stone
▪ TBR
▪ Finish (some of) the series I've started
▪ Major Arcana Challenge
My goal this year is to focus more on my TBR and the physical books that I have just lying around (year after year), perhaps I manage to clear some space from the shelves so I can relocate the books I have stored in my wardrobe. I'm intrigued to participate in the major arcana challenge, but only if my reading perks up from what the pace has been lately. As always, no double dipping and I should really reconsider participating in the summer challenge, although it was a lot of fun last time. I started reading Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" -series when it was translated to Finnish ages ago (1996 😱) and I never finished it, so that would be something to look into.

I'm off to a good start, 19/52 read by 31.3.2022, super happy about that. Now if I could only control myself when visiting library site in the middle of the night and putting new releases on hold and thus ending up with massive piles to read with two weeks borrowing period, especially when it seems they always become available at the same time.
MY TOP 3:
- HAMNET by Maggie O'Farrell
- THINGS WE LOST IN THE FIRE by Mariana Enríquez
- WONDERLAND by Juno Dawson

After some minor tweaking, I'm still on track; 27/52 read by 4.6.2022 meaning I'm one book ahead of schedule. Should really take advantage of these "too hot to do anything else than breathe and read" days we're having.
TOP BOOK:
SHUGGIE BAIN by Douglas Stuart
