What's a book you read about a secret? Is it a secret kept from the main character? Or one they're keeping from everyone else?

I’ve just finished a gorgeous book called The Light Through the Leaves. I’ve only ever given two books a five star rating on Goodreads. This one, and Where the Crawdads Sing. It’s full of secrets that various people are keeping from themselves and each other. It would also qualify for the two POV category.

I read 'The Bridge Kingdom' by Danielle Jensen, in which the secret is about the bridge itself! Such a great book.

I just finished The Last Thing He Told Me. There are a few secrets that the main character must figure out. I am changing this one to "found family" and using The Kindest Lie instead. There is one main secret that the main character has kept but others around her have a secret that shaped the secret she held.
