Lilly S This month for our diverse BOTM we'll be reading All of Us Villains! What are your thoughts on this book? If you haven't read it, do you plan on reading it? Let us know!

Maria (minni13) I read this already, and I really liked it! :D

Cindy (cindytreads) | 2 comments I plan to read it!
It seems very interesting and like the perfect book for readers that love morally grey characters (aka me).

a foray in fantasy (a_foray_in_fantasy) | 1 comments I read this as one of my last books of 2021 and I loved it. The ending was brutal, though.

Vani It didn't fail to disappoint.

Totally agree. And the next part is going to be even more so.

Johanna (5886046-johanna) | 737 comments I might start reading this tomorrow

shellzz | 3 comments I want to read this so baddd, but I haven't bought a copy yet

Ghada ツ I've just finished this and I'm a little disappointed diversity-wise: out of the seven champions, only one was of colour and he was not even a POV character. There was a bi champion, but it was just mentioned in passing. Otherwise, I loved it. I can't wait for book 2.

Era ➴ (readeroflibraries) | 6842 comments I agree that it wasn't all that diverse, but otherwise it was a really good book. I liked the aesthetic and plot, and Alistair and Isobel were such good characters

Johanna (5886046-johanna) | 737 comments I had too high expectations but I love darker books so I still enjoyed. I just didn't love this. This didn't make me feel so much, like Hunger Games did. And hadn't really much death/killing as you would expect to find in a book about tournament where people are supposed to kill each others.

What was it that felt brutal to you? The last sentence? That was brutal and so brilliant ending!
