Kelly Green Hicks (kelly's bookish world) January's book will be a set in a bookstore/library. This should be a fun category!

Kelly Green Hicks (kelly's bookish world) I am reading The Sentence by Louise Erdrich. This may be a stretch for me as it is magical realism/fantasy. :) I changed my book to The Lost for Words Bookshop by Stephanie Butland.

Fun story about a little hometown bookstore that has a hidden treasure.

Sara Kreps I read both the bookwanderers and a perfect bind since I couldn't decide. I preferred the former and even went and bought a copy of the second book. the bookwanderers is the first in a juvenile series that reminds me of the inkheart or Thursday next series. a perfect bind was the second in the series but lacked the originality of it's debut. I suppose there's only so much you can do with a cozy mystery but it felt so much like an Aurora teagarden that I'm tempted to make sure it isn't a new pen name for the author.
