Hi. I browse through books at Barnes and Noble and at used book shops when the covers catch my attention. It's fun to learn about the author and flip through the pages and get a feel for writing. The cover catches my eye, then the author, the plot and then the writing.

Yes, I love that feeling too! When I get inside any bookshop, I can spend hours there :)

I noticed recently that I love the feel of paper, but in the bed I rather like the ease of reading with the e-reader snug under a blanket. Hardbacks are lovely to look at (especially their covers) but sometimes clumsy to read so cozily as paperbacks. Audiobooks are awesome for commute and routine tasks.
I am curious do you have preferred buying/reading choices? Also, when in a bookshop or browsing online, do you sometimes feel compelled to buy the book simply based on the look of the cover? (I at least feel compelled to look what it is about :).
