H. P. Lovecraft is the most famous and imitated horror author of the early twentieth century, but did you know he was only one of several important and entertaining authors of the Weird from that time? These ten writers helped shape modern horror (as well as sci-fi and fantasy), and most of them influenced Lovecraft directly.
