Elara walked into the arcade room. She wasn't particularly fond of arcade games but she had already finished exploring the rest of the school and had nothing better to do. She walked up to one of the games in the corner and started to play.

Elara noticed the boy but kept her mind focused on the game before her. It was pac man, a game she had never played before and heard about in a book she had read. She pressed play and was going for about thirty seconds when a ghost caught her and she lost a life. She wasn't very good.

"I don't get it." she said as the game started again. "do you just survive for as long as you can?"

"ok." she said. moving the packet man around the screen and collecting all the bubbles. she was just starting to get the hang of it when the ghosts trapped and killed her. The screen started up again as she sighed. "I've never played a video game before if you can't already tell".

Elara flinched as he did so. His movements were unexpected. she let go of the joystick as a ghost moved over the the little pack man and killed him. The words game over flashed on the screen.

Kuro stared at the video game screen as she drove her virtual car into other online drivers. "Haha! Take that!" she shouted as she laughed, maniacally at the screen while repeatedly blowing her car up.

Cry emitted a slight buzzing as he toyed with one of the many machines. Because one of his greatest powers included technology, he was at his strongest here.

Kuro noticed the buzzing sound as her time limit ran out. "Ugh! Whoever distracted me I'm going to kill you!" she shouted walking towards Cry.

Cry didn't seem to notice. He was playing Mario, strange considering that his machine was labeled as Mortal Combat. But he liked Mario better, so he ended up switching games using his powers.

"Yo jerk!" she said while giggling. "You made me lose my game back there." she said smiling.

Cry raised an eyebrow behind his white, blank faced mask. "Hm?" he murmured, stopping the game and glancing back at her.

"Look at your mask HAHAHA! I-I can't take you seriously with that thing. HAHAHA!" she laughed while leaning on his shoulder.

Cry stared at her silently for a few moments, "You can't take me seriously..." he tilted his head and thought for a moment.

"Oh my god thats priceless. Oh yea back to my point. You messed up my game man." she said punching him lightly in the arm.

Cry didn't faulter. He just stared at her and folded his arms. What was the most notable characteristic of his, besides the mask, was the fact that Cry was hovering.

"Come on talk you idiot." she said laughing as she pointed at her game.

"Sup" was all that slipped out of his mouth as he scanned the girl up and down slowly.

"Haha! That's all you have to say." There was silence for a moment as Kuro looked him up and do. "I like that you're cool." she said holding her fist out for a fist pound.

Cry stared down at her fist before bumping it with his own stiffly. "Okay." He said quietly in response.

"So what are you doing here?" she said fiddling with her bloody knife and smiling.

Cry glanced at the knife, "What are you doing here?" he asked, redirecting the conversation on the opposing side, as he didn't enjoy talking of himself.

"Oh ya know just stimulating my mind so I don't go all insane and all, yep the usual." she said smiling as licked the blood off her knife. "What about you?"

"Davekat is canon" Cry said idly, shaking his head slowly before glancing up at her, "Oh... Yea... I'm... playing a little Mario Combat" he said, gesturing to the arcade game which was labeled Mortal Combat, but was displaying Mario.

"You're funny I like that." she said as she stared at the game. "How did you do that?" she asked as she stared at the screen.

Cry raised an eyebrow, "I don't know." he replied, shrugging.

"Wow vague are ya?" she said giggling. "I'm insane you are?" she said giggling again.

"I don't know." he repeated, folding his arms carefully.

"You don't know anything do ya?" she said smiling as she looked at the game. "Let me play." she said before scooting into the seat with him.

Cry stepped aside for her calmly, "Okay" he murmured quietly.

Kuro started to play the mario game as she smiled. She repeatedly jumped up and down on the turtles' heads until she got an power-up. "Oh MURDER TIME, FUN TIME!" she shouted.

Cry continued watching, floating up and down just slightly, at a subtle disposition.

Kuro noticed him as she continued playing the game. "Yo kid you don't talk much do ya?" she asked him as she kept playing.

Cry shrugged, "I could. It depends on who I'm talking to." he said in reply, his disconcerting white mask staring her down.

She stopped the game for a moment and looked at him. "I may be crazy, but I heard that's what you like, Cry." she said smirking.

Cry stopped, tilting his head and sighing quietly, "Suddenly everyone knows my name instantaneously. It is kind of disturbing." he murmured. She probably didn't know he was Satan. Probably.

"Of course everyone knows you man, you're the king of Hell. SATAN!" she shouted as she passed the level.
