Doctor Who: The Library of Carsus discussion

Well, that was a nice step back and a lot of fun.

Yes, the time loop stuff in the middle got annoying, but I liked the Dalek redesign, the guest cast was fun, the Tardis crew has come together nicely and it's nice to see Chibnall isn't entirely done messing with fandom.

Apparently Eve of the Daleks & Legend of the Sea Devils are being released on disc together on June 28th in the states.

FINALLY… I got to see this. It’s only been six bloody months!

I was a bit disappointed as the time loops started, but I liked how they already remembered everything. So they could carry knowledge forward. Made for some nice twists. And the development of the TARDIS team’s relationships was wonderful. I love how Dan is provoking both Yas and the Doctor to express themselves. Dan’s a lot more interesting than I’d first thought he was gonna be. And I loved the ending/wrap-up.

Now I just have to decide if I’m gonna go right onto the next one or wait until Thursday. I’m going to see The Fifth Element for its 25th anniversary tomorrow (Wednesday) after work, so I won’t have time until Thursday.

Yeah, Dan has turned out to be a m much better companion then I ever expected.

We're taking my daughter to see 'Wrath of Kahn' on the big screen end of the summer to celebrate getting her hooked on the original series.

They showed Star Trek The Motion Picture on the big screen awhile back, but I didn’t know early enough. I couldn’t put it all together at the time. Frustrating.

Tomorrow I’ll watch Legend of the Sea Devils.
