We need the page showing that the ISBN (or ASIN) and other book data match. Without it, we cannot use the cover image, even if it is from the publisher's site or another acceptable source.

I completely understand what you said but this is a small publisher, in fact this is a bookshop that published some new editions of some books, and they only sell it physically at their bookshop. They are not available to buy online thus I can't find a website with the cover alongside the ISBN. Actually the link I sent you is the only picture the publisher posted online of this book. I own the book and I can send you proof if you want, picture of the cover and picture of the ISBN inside (or in the back of the book).

I just would like that this book could have a better cover here on GR instead of the photograph it has now.

If you can provide a photo/scan of the book in your possession that is better than the current image, we can use that. You can upload it to the "more photos..." section of your profile (https://www.goodreads.com/photo/new) and a librarian will see to it.

If at least a day or two have gone by with no reply (note: currently, waiting at least 3-4 days is better with add book requests), it's fine to bump your request up by responding to your own thread. (You also have the ability to edit the thread title.) Goodreads Librarians are volunteers, and some requests may take some time to get a reply.
