Insightful book on digital transformation based on the author's experience at P&G. Useful tips, including recommended approach and risks. Exponential organizations are digital and thrive on abundance of information, not constrained by info scarcity. There is an important distinction b/t “doing digital” and “becoming digital”. An agile culture is the ultimate disrupter. Recommended read.
