The Nerd Herd Book Club discussion

The book I chose for the February Group Read is "Then She Was Gone" by Lisa Jewell. For those of you who are on the app and cannot see the book's cover. This is why I chose the book: When I was looking for a group read book for February, I wanted to add a thriller (for all you thriller fans) and make it a book that perhaps a non-thriller reader could enjoy. "Then She Was Gone" is that book, I hope. The reviews are promising. This book appears to be a mystery, with a twisted romance and a nice dollop of psychological thriller. I hope you enjoy it!

So excited! I am able to get both from my Library as audio, ebook, and print. I requested a hold on the prints because I am SO ready to hold a book in my hand instead of the ebooks and audio I have been reading. Plus, I need to finish up a couple I currently have on my ebook/audiobook shelf before I allow myself to start on February 1!

Read this one a little while back- it is one that you will not be able to put down!!!

Laurie, I put mine on hold from the library, too. I, too, want to hold a real book. (Or two.) ;)

Sounds good. My library has a 2 week hold on that one.

I read this one last year. It will be interesting to see what others think of it.
