Oh yeah, Leslie has decided to block all memories of their mother out of his head. Because he was so young when it happened, he developed a coping mechanism of just blocking out the memory as much as he could so he just avoids the topic at all

He also spends more time in his room or studying magic than he does around humanoid beings and it really shows in particular circumstances

I’m gonna say that Eira was actually really close to the late queen because when her and her mother were going to through a really rough spot after Eira’s dad left them for another woman and her children, the Queen stepped in and was there for Eira when her mother was much too busy
