i've read the description and some of the reviews of scythe and the book sounds so intriguing!!

yay sounds good! i actually may have already started it (sorry!!) but im about halfway through and i can just read the rest slowly lol

so for the 1st half of the book, i feel like not much happened. Like the moral questions and everything were pretty interesting but i wasnt really in the mood for a lot of thinking lol But plot wise i wasnt all that impressed. It wasnt until about halfway when (view spoiler)[scythe faraday died that things got interesting. Also im really nervous for rowan and i hope he stays good (hide spoiler)]

OMG I FORGOT. Starting now, i’ll catch up soon (hopefully😭) so which chapter are you on?

okay im so sorry i was literally the worst buddy reader ever this week i just finished the whole book🤦i literally couldnt stick to any sort of reading schedule, i was just all over the place. Im planning on reading the rest of the series, but idk when. Honestly at this point i could start it tmrw or in a week😂

i liked this book tho, altho in my opinion it didnt get all that exciting until the last 50 ish pgs. But those last 50 pgs were good!

it was okay i guess. i was kind of bored at times but i finished reading destroy me at school today and read some reviews that tahereh's writing has improved a lot throughout the following books so i will continue and hopefully sit down to write a review!

i felt exactly the same, i feel like Shatter Me is the background book that gets you set up for the rest of the series but it gets gooood in Unravel Me and then Ignite Me?? id reread the whole series for that book<33 And then her writing is sooo good in the last 3 books and you get warners pov which is AMAZING!! Anyways, theres a summary of the entire series that no one asked for😂

GOD IM SO HYPED NOWWWW. MY FRIEND IN EGYPT SAID THE EXACT SAME THING, THAT HER FAV WAS IGNITE ME. SO DID MY FRIEND IN PAKISTAN. SHE SAID SHE HATED THE FIRST BOOK AND CONSIDERED DNFING BUT THEN SHE JUST CONTINUED FOR THE SAKE OF IT AND LOVED THE SERIES!! WHY AM I SHOUTING??!??!!!!
