annapi | 5515 comments This is the first Murderbot book that is full length, and it's chock-full of action and twists. In other words, another great read in a great series. When a Preservation survey mission is attacked by an unknown ship, Murderbot and Dr. Mensah's daughter Amena are captured and taken through a wormhole. Murderbot has to find a way to get them both back, but things quickly get a lot complicated - and then later get even more so.

I love this series, and I hope the author continues to write more. I love the character development here, and Murderbot goes one step further especially at the end, and then just when you think it's over, the author throws another wrench in. This would be a double episode story in a TV series, and I hope one day this gets made into a show!

They're so short, except for this one! Just like Penric and Desdemona, which I also think would make a great TV series.
