i'm going to be completely honest here, We Were Liars. it was just not my style of writing, and by the amount of HYPE it received, i thought it would be phenomenal. it definitely wasn't, the only part i enjoyed was the ending and even that felt rushed and incomplete.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the Shatter Me Series from what i’ve read but the first book was way too overrated. It was good but tiktok hyped it up too much.

I have to agree with you on that one! it was good but not worth the hype

you've reached sam.. the characters and the whole bookstore, cafe loving main character was great. But it felt cheesy? i did not cry, and I've seen people reacting to it on tiktok and YouTube etc, and they're balling their eyes out. Plus the little brother was so looked over, until the last minute.

Red, white and royal blue annoyed me

in my opinion , it was "it ends with us by colleen hoover " it was a really good book tho

november 9! dont get me wrong i loved ben (at some parts obviously) but i feel like with some colleen hoover books she can't be bothered to write a normal sized novel so she just asks for the font to be larger when printing so it seems like there's more to it. same with it ends with us!! however i loved reminders of him (sobbed sm and read in a day) and ugly love! two amazing books that were well written and weren't rushed or underthought.

Uhm. To love jason thorn. He literally took advantage of her when she was really fricking wasted. Not cute at all. ( ew) The heir by Sophie Lark. Dean - also a romanticized rapist. Argue with a wall. You’re reached Sam. Boring and not sad at all. It ends with us. It was okay, but it was not a romance book like many like to think. All your perfects - cheating trope ( and she forgave him, ew).
