I’m getting braces today and I’m so excited and nervous! I think it will be fine though bc one of my friends have them and they said it’s fine

I had them in middle school and they sucked :( I had to eat soft foods after I got them put on and I had a bad lisp while I had braces. I have them off now and I'm glad that I got them but they weren't fun

I had them for almost 4 years, and they are not too bad! I wear a retainer now, so I’m glad the braces part is over with! Just be sure before you get them to take pain meds! It will help with the sore teeth! You may have to eat soft foods for a while, but it will get better. :)

i have braces they suck though actually there are other things in my mouth that are worse then braces at times

Yeah, I’m basically just eating soup and up and go but it’s getting better and I can bite with my back teeth now. Question: did you actually not eat the foods that they you not to eat?

Like sometimes when you have braces you aren’t allowed to eat certain foods like nuts and popcorn and stuff. I’m asking if you like are the stuff you went meant to while you had braces.

i currently have them and i always forget they're there, haha. The only thing that sucks is getting them tightened, and when the wire rips the side of your cheek. I always have to put wax on bc of that.

I've eaten everything they said not to. I've eaten popcorn, candy, etc. I just wouldnt reccomend gum. It always got caught in my wire.

ive had them for a year and a half now :’)

ive had braces for two and a half years now and am gonna have them for another year and a half-ish but i don't trust dentists so probably longer

Not anymore hahahah after 2 years of agony I got em off 3 months ago. Despite all the pain I admit it was worth it because now I smile a lot loll

I commented a while back that I had h to ‘em on for a bit and then that I was getting them off, and now they’ve been off for five months now!!! also my picture got put on the wall of my orthodontist🥳🥳

I used too but I think I need them again tho because I didn’t wear my retainers 😭
