The Dragonet Prophecy (Wings of Fire, #1) by Tui T. Sutherland The Dragonet Prophecy by Tui Sutherland
I liked this books because it is packed with adventure and fun. It is the greatest dragon book of all time! (The first 5 in this series is the best!) This is the first in the Wings of Fire series of 15. If you have read Fablehaven and Warriors you will like this series. They are similar.

Moon Rising (Wings of Fire, #6) by Tui T. Sutherland Moon Rising by Tui Sutherland
I liked this book because the main character Moon has prophetic powers and can read minds! It's also her first time at school. This is 6th book in the Wings of Fire series. Books I have read that are similar are Winter Turning, Escaping Peril, and the Darkness of Dragons.

Binti (Binti, #1) by Nnedi Okorafor Binti by Nnedi Okorafor
I picked up this book because Neil Gaiman rated it 5 stars. This is a short story that feels like an epic fantasy. The world building is amazing for such a short book. It is the first in a series. People who like Six Wakes by Mur Lafferty and Leviathon wakes by James A Corey will love this book. Other books I've read that are similar are some of her other books and Akita Witch.

I recommend all of his books. This book is great because its a different story than the usual thriller/mysteries.

Christmas with Tucker (A Dog Named Christmas #0.5) by Greg Kincaid Christmas with Tucker by Greg Kincaid
It's a 0.5 of the A Dog Named Christmas series. I enjoyed this book because I enjoy animal stories as well as historical fiction. If you like dog books you will like this one. A coming-of-age story for readers of all ages, Christmas with Tucker is a classic Christmas story about a young man’s love for his dog, his family, and his farm.
