History: When Rosie was 10 she lived with her mother, sister and her farther. she happy learning magic from her mum and keeping it a secret from her farther who hated magic. she was second in line to become head magic her sister was first, she didn't care much about. till one day she came home one day, she came home from school and she saw her mother and sister on the ground. the mother was stabbed in the heart 6 times and her sister was stabbed in the head 1 and in the heart 2 time. Rosie saw her dad standing over her mother with a bloody knight. her dad ran at her but he walked right by her and out the door, but not before saying "I will be back for you on your 21 birthday." the other master of magic want her to take over for her mother right there and then so she ran away so she would never become master magic and she was never seen, till now!

Science:1 – Below Average /Dabbler- Easily confused. The best laid of plans of mice and men is a phrase you don't know the meaning of. Literally. Multi tasking is a chore for you. You need to focus on one action at a time and are easily confused with complex strategies. Also, you only have very little knowledge of the supernatural. Basically no knowledge of the supernatural whatsoever.

Occult:10 –Lovecraftian – You are the master of masters of arcane knowledge. You possess ungodly amounts of information concerning magic or arcane relics. You are either beyond insane, or still in hold of your own mind. Use your power of magical knowledge wisely! (her mother was a master witch she was able to learn all she can before her mother was killed her power are in the power part)

Durability:5: Borderline Superhuman: Is physically tougher than a person is usually capable of becoming, has greater stamina and more resilient. Things like bullets and knives now do only little damage.

Welcome, though just thought I would say that I think that occult 10 is like near god level, so though it is cool, maybe a better plan so your character powers a little sense? It is fine but it annoys people like me

It's fine some people don't put that much detail into there character but it bothers me, for example my character has the same level as magic but had to be train by death himself to reach that point, again perfectly acceptable but just a nitpick

Super outfit: Modified Military issue stealth and infiltration suit.
Personality: Gust is very serious and matter of fact. He hardly ever cracks jokes, but when he does they are sarcastic. Being a member of the CIA, he takes his job very seriously and will do anything it takes to complete a mission. At his worst, he can be arrogant, self-righteous, and even condescending. He also gets anxiety from being stuck in one place too long, and needs a large place to run in to stay calm. That being said, he can also be very optimistic, forgiving, and see the best in others. When it comes to protecting his friends, and his country, he is all business. He does have a fear of drowning, and is poor at swimming.
History: At the age of 16, Bartholomew was discovered by the Central Intelligence Agency In the USA and was monitored until he was 18. He was gifted with the uncanny ability to run at incredible speeds, and to move so quickly he created sonic booms. He mostly kept this to himself by his parent’s wishes and only practiced in the rural plains. Eventually, after he graduating high school, he was approached by the CIA with a job opportunity. He said yes, thinking it was an office job. Then it was explained to him that he was to be their secret weapon against the uprising supervillains of the world, acting as inside surveillance and infiltration. His speed allowed him to move in short bursts without being seen, so the job was perfect. After several months of training and honing his abilities, he began doing missions. A year later and he is renowned to be one of the organizations best, and has helped them foil many threats to the USA. In a pinch, he can also form tornadoes by running around in circles rapidly.
Appearance: He stands at 5’10” with a slender build. Dark brown hair, brown eyes, pale skin, and a sharp featured straight face. Wears a black military grade stealth and surveillance gear while on missions, and regular civilian clothes while not.

Powers: He can run at super sonic speeds, and create gusts of wind while running. If he runs in a circle long enough, he can create tornadoes.

Super Outfit: currently a breastplate with shoulder pads as well as a hood which holds a visor. He also wears gloves. The Armor keeps his powers from damaging his body or others too badly. The visor unit holds a basic AI which can show stats of his opponents as well as make phone calls and has zooming to help him find clues.

Personality: Zach is suspicious of strangers in general as many of them have been ones that hurt him or the ones he's been close too. But if you can get past that barrier, he's actually a bit friendly, but can be distant especially on holidays and his family's birthdays as he thinks of them often. He is very protective of his friends, even to the point of self-sacrifice. The most horrid thing for him mentally is having a friend betray him... The one thing he longs for is someone to love and care for since his family has been taken or killed. His powers also tend to get a bit out of control when he gets very angry, which happens when something tries to hurt those he cares about, at one point he has let loose in a major battle and destroyed several city blocks as well as a robot that he was fighting.

History: the Magnus family has been well known for having psychic abilities throughout the years. No one can say when the chain began, but it's been passed down for hundreds of years perhaps even thousands. That is until one day when Zach was 7, a man killed his father. Since then his mother took him, his little brother and twin sisters and has been on the run.
For 8 years they ran, and meanwhile found they found that the group that killed Zach's father was called M.H.P.A.A. (Pronounced Mapa) The Metahuman Protection and Apprehension Association and they exist to rid the world of super powered beings as well as study them and create their own metas in which to "protect" the normal human populace. They want to control everything. But that wasn't all, a group of the government calling themselves Sector 11 wanted them for experimentation to see if there was a way to control superhumans. After several years, their mother was eventually caught and killed by M.H.P.A.A. and his siblings were caught by Sector 11.
Late one night during a thunderstorm, he was being chased my M.H.P.A.A. Agents in a science complex. The Agents deactivated the security system as Zach unknowingly ran into a building holding experiment being tested and hid in an Bio-Electric modification experiment. The experiment was created to make a new source of Electricity more powerful then any before as well as be a clean source of energy. The Storm was raging and a lightning strike activated the machine as well as the security system. The agents made a run for it before they were seen, and Zach got caught in the Bio-Elec machine, shocking over a million volts into his body, and eventually shocking him out of the machine and he landed on the floor out cold.
The next morning he was found by a group of scientists who worked at the place. They decided to nurse him back to health and then let him go once they found out why he was there. One thing that seemed interesting to them was that their Bio-Elec experiment was still running as well as the boy seemed to have been struck like lightning or something. But when Zach woke up, there seemed to be an electrical storm that came from his body, which he couldnt control, it sent the Scientists flying back, but the scientists used an Electricity draining machine to attempt to control the energy.
After the scientists got him in a room where they would be safe as well as Zach would, they began to ask him questions, and Zach explained what happened to his knowledge. He didn’t know why the electrical storm happened, but the scientists asked to take a few tests on him. After some convincing that the scientists were not there to hurt him, he agreed. The scientists found that he had a very unique ability woven into his DNA. After some major incident, he could absorb that energy, and his DNA structure would change so that he could create it and control it if he knew how to. They concluded the event changed him in a way that he could now create and control Electricity. But Zach couldnt use his psychic abilities anymore because his DNA had rewritten his ability to have those psychic powers with this new ability. After explaining it, they also mentioned that this change wouldn’t happen again as it was a one-time change.
For the next few months, the scientists attempted to help him control his powers, but they just kept finding that he couldnt keep them in check, so they decided to create some tech to help him control it. But not long after teaching him how to use the armor and focus his powers, a thief broke into the Science complex to steal some of the new tech. But they woke Zach up who had been staying there for everyone’s safety and to keep some extra tests running. Zach saw what they were doing and it angered him. He decided there was only one thing to do, stop them. He put the armor on and went out to deal with them. The thieves tried to shoot him, but he was able to dodge all their shots, and he even found some new things he can do with his powers, including use it to jump higher and faster. He quickly knocked out the villains and got them taken to jail.
The next morning, Zach mentioned the event to the scientists and declared that he wanted to become a hero, and fight villains with his power, and that now he could better fend off the guys who were after him. Then after a few hours of discussion, the scientists agreed and created the helmet for him to help him in his endeavors. Since then he's gone around the country helping others and fighting crime.

Appearance: Normally, he'll wear a dark blue hoodie, with jean pants, and shoes. Although he tends to wear a blue or gray tee-shirt under the hoodie. He also has worn shorts before as well.

Item: Breastplate which also turns into a backpack which regulates his powers, and a helmet with a simple AI for phone calls and scans.

Powers: Psychic-based Electrokenesis - Zach can control Electricity and magnetism in nearly any form as well as manipulate electricity when needed.
- Flight - Zach can fly using his powers to reverse his polarity similar to how Static or Magento can fly. But flying like this over long distances can be draining as well as he is mentally afraid of flying which also is why this power doesn't manifest right away.
- Magnetism - Zach can control the magnetic power of something to the point of attracting or repelling something using this power.
- Electricity creation - Zach can literally create electricity from his body as well as shoot it like a lightning bolt. He can also control the power of the bolt from keeping it from hurting a person to being able to make a hole through the target.
- Electro-paralysis - He can also paralyze someone temporarily, which has a side effect of better protecting the person from falls as it is more of an electric field that is holding the person in place, but this is an extremely draining ability and takes a lot of practice to master.
- Enhanced Healing factor - Zach heals twice as fast as a normal human, except from broken bones.
- Weakeness to Water and Ice - Zach's powers as weakened by being in or doused in water. But be careful, as he can also electrify the water as well, but he can't create electricity in water, or any liquid or ice.
- Weakness to magic-based abilities - Zach's powers seem to have a heightened weakness to magic and as far less effective against magic-based attacks or people.
- Mental strength - Zach is almost completely immune to mind control, hypnosis and mental manipulation that isn't magic-based.

Sure, I don't mind. Mainly he'll have more combat and speed skills (or maybe just Max out his powers as his powers full extent can get crazy, but so far he's not that awesome in getting to the far limits of his powers... He's still learning some of the more "basic" controls of his powers)

Its just a weakness of the powers itself, they don't have sway over magic in general, and while he can try to use them against the magic-user, more then likely the user can keep them from really hurting him/her because of that fact. (Mainly, they only affect things more or less physical and science-based)

Personality: Druid is arrogant, cocky, and an overall show off. He almost never takes anything seriously, and is more of a free spirit. He loves adventure and values freedom over anything else. His sense of humor is sarcastic, and has the tendency to create terrible puns. However this may be, he is still a loner, and prefers the presence of plants than humans. When he is enraged though, he completely loses himself and can be ruthless.

History: Druid grew up under rich and very controlling parents. They discovered at a young age his abilities and never wanted him to know about them. One day while being tutored outdoors, he and his instructor were attacked by a bear. He was able to calm the bear just by holding his hand up to it and willing it to be calm. A few years later, he found he was able to make a flower on his desk move from side to side just by imagining it doing it. Finally, after his graduation, some tigers broke out of the local zoo somehow. He was able to calm them down and will them to go back. This caught the attention of the CIA. One day, there was a knock at his door, and a trio of agents came into his mansion asking to talk to him. They offered him a job opportunity, which he turned down, not wanting to be controlled by any government like he had been controlled all of his life. When they tried to arrest him, he caused all of the surrounding forest to grab and attack the agents, in turn destroying the mansion. From that day forward, he was constantly on the run from the government, taking odd jobs, and stopping to help those in need whenever he can. From living in the wild so long, he has perfected his abilities, and even learned healing.

Appearance: Druid is about 5'5" tall, and weighs 125lbs. He has green eyes, a flat featured face, and wavy brown hair. He has an average sized build, and commonly wears just cloths he can find, or buy with what money he can scrounge up.

Personality: Aisling is a sweet little girl who likes jumping from around corners and trying to yelp and growl and scare people. She has incredibly long hair, to her feet, almost passing and dragging. She can make hilarious faces and has a cute little Irish accent, which she uses to be endearing when she wants peanut butter on bananas or something sweet or just anything to eat. In general, she wears a little dirty gray dress and these big gray boots that are too big for her feet.

History: Aisling was born to a prostitute who gave her up for adoption. Somehow, the little girl was missing whenever prospective adopters were on their way, and anyone who did take her soon returned her like a faulty lawnmower. Some incidents were unexplainable, like random puppies and kittens, and biting, and running around like a crazy child.
She ran away at the age of six, and managed to survive on the streets of city to city, by shapeshifting into a little white cat or wolf, or mice or whatever, and stealing what she can. She’s lived in central park for ages, but recently got on a plane to escape being chased, and wound out somewhere in Europe. She’s been travelling at random these past four years, and looking for a permanent home, with people who care.

Personality: Swarm is very spontaneous and has about ten things going on at once in his mind. He is almost always talking, and becomes very annoying fast. Has been known to have full on legislative debates by himself. He has difficulty focusing on 1 thing, and becomes distracted easily. However, he is very just and is not afraid to put wrong doers, himself included sometimes, in their place.
History: Swarm was born in Providence Rhode Island, and lived a pretty average child hood, except he had insect wings on his back. He tried his best to conceal them, but eventually someone found out. Because of this he was always jumping between schools, and never really making new friends. One day he was tired of being alone, so he realized he could make copies of himself. When he became 16, he told his parents that he was going to help fight crime in the city, to which they reluctantly agreed. At one point he was approached with the CIA about a job, but he turned it down due to his age but said he might take them up when the time was right.
Appearance: Stands about 5ft 4in, and weighs 110 lbs. Has military style short blond hair, and one blue eye, one brown eye (although most of the time they are covered by his goggles)
Item: Enhancing vision goggles.
Powers: Able to secrete a substance called BMR (Biological Mass Replicator) to create clones of himself. When these clones die, they simply melt back into slime and dissipate. He can dispel the clones at will, and if the original him were to die, all of the other clones would die as well. He also has insect like wings that allow him to fly.

Super Outfit: when he is in his "fighter mode" his hair starts on fire and his eyes turn solid orange.

Personality: Blake is loyal, almost to a fault. He wants to help others, but is commonly misled by those who would use him for evil. Eventually he will have to learn to stand on his own, but he tends to be a hero that needs some help being a hero. It is hard to get on his bad side, but still possible, and when you do, there is nothing that will keep him from keeping him from coming after you. He is especially afraid of being betrayed or hunted, and it will make him act rashly. But at his core he has a good heart... Just a bad track record.

History:
The Marconi family is one of the biggest Criminal families in the US, especially in Chicago and Roseville. But they were also big name businessmen in the area, with deep ties in government, business, entertainment, religion and community service to cover their criminal activities. For years Blake was more of the runt of the family, being the one who has to deal with smaller issues or deal with offing little troublemakers. He was content as his family acted as if that made them happy, but he never knew the truth, his family hated him... And only used him because that was what he was good for.

One evening, his family had him come to an old building for a meeting, and to pick up some chemicals. But this was really a trap, as they decided it was time to get rid of Blake. Once he had entered, the building locked up and started on fire. Blake desperately tried to get out and tried to use the chemicals to get out... But the chemical was very experimental and splashed all over him. Absorbing into his skin, and mutating him, changing him, as the flames grew higher and smoke filled his lungs. Just when things didn't seem it could get much worse, his body started to heat up, so extremely hot and suddenly the entire building exploded into a ball of fire.

Hours later, his family came to see his body, it looked pretty badly damaged like he was dead. They mentioned how the plan worked and they were finally rid of the annoyance that was Blake Marconi. But what they didn't count on was that he could hear them. He couldn't move or really show that he was still alive but he heard every word. The plot of how to kill him, and to make sure it seemed like an accident and that no one would really miss him. He was furious. He served the family his whole life with extremely fierce loyalty and they stabbed him in the back! The family left to await for someone to "find" the body.

But no one came, but the thing that was more weird was that his body continued to mutate, and heal. Within a day he could move and walk again and the next day his burns were healed. The third day he was completely back to normal, but somehow was still extremely hot. He found that he now could create flames from his body and he couldn't burn anymore and didn't burn himself. That day he swore that he'd go after his family and take them all down for this betrayal. He used a knife to cut a fireball symbol into his arm and used his powers to make it into a scar as a reminder of their betrayal and a promise of his revenge.

Appearance: brown hair, Hazel eyes and typically wears either jeans with a red hoodie or a suit. He looks very good in a suit. He stands at 5' 9" white skinned, and has a scar on his right arm in the shape of a fireball to always remind him of his promise of revenge against his family for betraying him.

Pyrokenesis - Blake can control the Element of fire via his powers.
- Flight - Blake can project flames from his hands and feet to fly.
- Flame Creation - Blake can create fire from his hands using simple sparks in his hands and oxygen.
- Body heat - Blake cannot get cold or be frozen, as his body's average temperature is now far above an average human's.
- Flame aura - he has an invisible aura around him of heat, making things like rain have no real effect on him, as well as small projectiles like bullets, they simply melt before hitting him. But this doesn't really affect close combat or arrows or swords.
Healing Factor - Blake now is capable to heal his body from most major injuries within days.
Aqua-based weakness - Blake is weak against water and liquids. Most things like a rain storm, his flame aura can keep from affecting him, but more powerful water like being sprayed with a hose will hurt him.
Magical strength - Magic affecting him makes him stronger and faster, while he is unable to use magic, magic-users are suggested to not face him unless they can

Personality

As mysterious as Alchemist is, Drake Levine is even more confusing. He has pure intentions, but his clumsiness makes him socially awkward. Eventually Drake learned to keep to himself and stopped his involvement with fellow humans. He became a kid who kept to himself. Girls always find Drake a mystery. After all, if most boys had his looks they would be extremely popular

History

Born in Paris, France, Drake Levine was a wealthy youth who was spoiled with gadgets and trinkets of one form or another. However, once he became older, Drake was less interested in toys. At age ten he went through a super hero phase. His obsession never really stopped. Drake began studying them obsessively, slowly learning the way of the heroes. When Drake turned 12 he took up alchemy which was what he called "an attainable form of powers". He was surprised to catch on surprisingly fast - and exceed his own expectations. Just a year ago Alchemist started saving the world.

Personality: He is very quiet minded, but extremely intelligent. And whatever he does, he tries to do it for the good of other people.

History: When Jake was a young boy his father died in a car crash on his way to work. This incident turned his whole life upside down, he developed depression, and his the rest of his family went into debt. In order to help out his whole family he did whatever he could. So, he took on 2 jobs at once; this later caused him to develop stress, but it did significantly help his family. He then learned to control this nature, and use it for the good of other people. So he became a motivational speaker for a while. But terrible news struck him one day; he had a serious condition. The doctors could do nothing for him, and told him he only had two years to live. During these two years he developed a suit that was, originally, supposed to keep him alive, and support his heart. It was never intended for combat. He then used his extreme intelligence for the good of other people. The suit became a fully mechanized battle suit that hooked up to his heart, and to this day, keeps him alive. But he spent every penny he had developing the suit.

Powers: His Battle suit allows him to have highly increased strength, durability, and speed. Similar to Tony Stark's battle suits, he can shoot high powered lasers out of his hands, and has a machine gun on his wrist. His suit allows him to fly as well. He can shoot high powered missiles from his shoulders, and has a katana on his back made of 100% steel. The suit also allows him faster healing. For ex: If he has a heart attack, the suit will activate a healing protocol.
