California Reading discussion

I've been reading this memoir of a woman working in the local Forest Service, for a few days now. It is very well-written with a lot of detail about what it is like to work in forestry.

Shadows on the Klamath: A Woman of the Woods

This is interesting as well. I have two uncles who have worked in forestry.

It is a very interesting memoir! I've never met Louise in person but have, on Goodreads. It is always interesting to read books by people who write about living in this area, but Louise's books are special because she has so much forestry knowledge.

I finished reading this book on March 7, 2022. Loved it.
