I love this! I posted one of her other paintings in the Holiday folder in Valentine's Day---Love and Heartbreak then took a look at some of her other work. I like her style! To me, they aren't really paintings, per se. They are more like signs that say something. But I like how she depicts them and I like what some of them say, like this one. :)

Jimmy | 61 comments I have to honestly say that I don't really care for the line at the bottom of the sign: "You will get served what you deserve." Good people suffer in life, and bad people just the opposite. Sorry, but I think that is important to state. Many people believe that supernatural powers reward the good. And it just does not always happen that way.

You are absolutely right on the fact that good happens to bad people and that doesn't seem fair, neither the fact that bad things do happen to very good people and that is definitely not fair!
But in the end, the very end...and this is only what I believe according to my religion and scripture, justice is served. And I mean justice. That in the end everything is evenly distributed. Sometimes we aren't around to see it, which sucks, but it does happen. I'll just show you where I get my views:

14"...see that you are merciful unto your brethren; deal justly, judge righteously, and do good continually; and if ye do all these things then shall ye receive your reward; yea, ye shall have mercy restored unto you again; ye shall have justice restored unto you again; ye shall have a righteous judgment restored unto you again; and ye shall have good rewarded unto you again.

15 For that which ye do send out shall return unto you again, and be restored; therefore, the word restoration more fully condemneth the sinner, and justifieth him not at all.

*I am NOT trying to bring religion or any other type of bias into this conversation or thread. I'm only expressing a background basis for where I get my views, I don't want to just say I disagree with Jimmy, because I don't disagree with him, he's right in what he says. I just went a little bit further in where I do agree with the sign--in the end.
