What are your bookish goals/ resolutions for 2015? What challenges are you attempting? What bookish things are you looking forward to this year?

Feel free to discuss where you feel 2015 will take you in terms of reading and books.

Jazzy (stairstepjitters) | 62 comments I'm hoping to find time to read more and to teach my little sister how to read. I would also like to read The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien by the end of the year.

My goals for this year include reading 75+ books, completing at least three series, emptying at least one of my TBR bookshelves, and to scratch five or more Classic books off my list of "1001 Books to Read Before You Die."

Nenia Campbell (neniacampbell) | 97 comments My goal this year is to eliminate my hoard. I'm trying really hard not to buy any new books, although I may have just suffered a setback because while cleaning today I found a giftcard to my favorite bookstore. Fuuuuuuuu.

L | 1252 comments Delving deeper behind each word, connotation and inner meaning within what I am reading. To scrutinize, empathise and question what the author is trying to profess through his work. Observing different styles of writing, (amid various genres) and linguistic traits; format, language used and of course in contextual terms.

To broaden those horizons and initial views, when one reads something new for the first time.
