Kelly Green Hicks (kelly's bookish world) The February challenge is a book where a person of color is the main character. Let me know if anyone needs any help finding a book.

Sheri Howard Oops! I missed January's challenge. Looks like I'm a bit behind. But as I've already read two books in February with POC as the MCs, maybe I'll go back. I definitely recommend Passing by Nella Larsen (four stars from me) and A Knock at Midnight by Brittany K. Barnett (five stars). If anyone is interested, the first is fiction and the second is non.

Sara Kreps I started reading ghost warrior with this month in mind but I think it's a bit of an epic so might not finish it in time. read the vabderberkers of 141st street whose protagonists are biracial. they don't specify which races but they are at least half black based upon their physical description, guessing Hispanic for the other half but can't say for sure.

Kelly Green Hicks (kelly's bookish world) A Knock at Midnight: A Story of Hope, Justice, and Freedom is an excellent book.

Kelly Green Hicks (kelly's bookish world) I have never read Richard Wright. You will have to let us know how you like it.
