What was your worst baking disaster?

I've never really had a bad baking disaster but the worst I've had so far was a bad brownie recipe that turned out to be really gooey.

Once I forgot to turn off the stove after I finished, and was grounded from baking for awhile, lol

i accidentally put a cake in the oven, but i used all sugar, no flour. but it was fine when i realized it 😂
