Incorrect page count (but consistent with publisher)

Hello, I have a serious issue with the page count of this book.
Goodreads, the official publisher, as well as the amazon page, all list the page count as 572 pages.

amazon page: on amazon.it, with product id 8817005533)
HOWEVER, the book in my hand (ISBN 9788817005531), actually has 812 (807 is the last written page number, then there are 5 more pages).
How should I manage this situation? Should I add a new edition of the book to GoodReads? Should I just fix the page count?
