Play Book Tag discussion

This is a book of Greta Thunberg's speeches about the climate change crisis, given in many different countries over the course of a few years (ending when Covid started). She started with a school strike when she was quite young, but she must be 18 by now. I knew about her, but I never actually read any of her speeches until now. There is a lot of repetition but it's interesting to see how her messages evolved over time, and how she addressed criticism and controversies. She has a lot of guts, she speaks for herself (she's no puppet), and she's persistent. People might not like her style (she has Asperger's, and she doesn't sugar coat anything). but she has been effective in getting her message out to a lot of people. She has inspired many young people to act, and demand that adults take action.
