What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

This is a novel that I owned in the early 2000s, and I think it was released at that time. It is a light-hearted romance co-written by a male and female author, who wrote respectively from the perspective of the male and female characters. The chapters alternated between the PoV of the two characters, who had met and started a relationship in the beginning of the book. I'm fairly sure the female author was called Josie and it was set in the UK
