one of the few safe places in the eastern wastes, highway 43 is an elevated road that's been turned into a rest stop of sorts. it's a shields outpost, with a few tents set up for medical help. another tent holds a makeshift bar to order food and drink, and yet another contains several mattresses that you can rent for a night or two.
