Hassan | 52 comments In a flashback, a young Madeleine Swann escapes from terrorist Lyutsifer Safin who kills her mother. In the present Bond and Madeleine are living in Italy when Spectre assassins attempt to kill Bond. They escape but Bond believes Madeleine betrayed him and sends her away, ending their relationship. 5 years later MI6 scientist Valdo Obruchev is kidnapped by Spectre, he made a bioweapon called Heracles which can kill specific targets once in contact with a person. In Jamacia CIA agent Felix Leiter and the new 007 Nomi convince Bond to return. They infiltrate a Spectre meeting where Blofeld (in prison) releases the Heracles but kills every Spectre agent at the meeting because Valdo targeted the agent's DNA on Safin's orders. Felix is killed by his colleague Ash who takes Valdo with him. Eve Moneypenny and Q arrange a meeting between Bond and Blofeld while Safin infects Madeleine with Heracles. Bond sees Madeleine where the virus is transferred to him and kills Blofeld when Bond comes into contact with him. Madeleine reveals she has a daughter named Mathilde who she claims is not Bond's. Bond fends off Safin's thugs and kills Ash, but Safin captures Madeleine and Mathilde. Bond and Nomi infiltrate Safin's island base and discover Safin was mass-developing the virus. Nomi kills Valdo while Madeleine and Mathilde escape. Bond faces off with Safin, killing him, but getting infected by Heracles targeted at Madeleine. A missile strike on the island commences where Bond says his farewells and Madeleine confirms Mathilde is his daughter. Bond is killed, M, Eve, Q, and Nomi honor him at MI6, and madeleine tells Mathilde the story of her father, James Bond.

I will give this movie 5/5 for plot, originality, design, and characters. The movie created the perfect ending for this James Bond series. I wish that we got to see Blofeld in action more often, and I wish Safin's villain origin story and goals were more complex than revenge.
