Leadership and Management discussion

Hi everybody,

I have recently published a book (available on goodreads) called Leading with Humanity.

I would love for some reviews and suggestions on how to market this book to a broader audience as I believe its contents are critically important and, although it refers to manage age-old principles, it is timeous and relevant.

In essence, the book is about Leadership as a state of being and not a set of competencies that can be taught.

Leading with Humanity is an invitation to take the first steps on the inside-out journey of understanding what it is to become and be a leader – discovering who we are meant to be in a world obsessed with what we do.

It also looks at the future of work and new organisational models that are built on the foundations of humanity and purpose, rather than profit and the bottom line.

I have drawn wisdom from great thinkers and leaders through the centuries – and decades of personal leadership experience – and combined these time-tested philosophical notions with proven research principles (and my decades of experience) into an authentic guide for anyone striving to be a better human being, and thus a better leader, in business and life.

I really look forward to some insights from this community!
