The Dragon Separation
Chapter 1:
The Element Dragons
Blaze was sleeping peacefully on his hot bed. As the water dragon, I was tempted to put it out because it was bothering my sleep. I sighed. I was trying to go to sleep but I couldn't. I made a mirror out of water and looked at my blue frame and light blue body. I looked into my gradient blue eyes. I sucked the water back inside me. Then I heard a rustle. I had my guard up and ran to the pedestals with the elemental gems on them. The rustle stopped and I looked at where it came from. It was Leaf, the earth dragon. She had a dark green frame and a normal green body. She had a light green lead pupil in her eyes. I have a light blue water droplet that I am proud of. I looked at Windy and Blaze to check if they were still sleeping. They were. I looked at Leaf again. "Were you out hunting again, at night?" I asked. "Yes, Ocean," She replied. "We don't want anyone to see us, let alone the camp!" I sighed and grumbled something and walked back to the beds. Leaf was following me. Windy looked the same, a dark gray frame and white body with a gray wind breeze pupil. Blaze had a red frame and faded into orange for the body. A red and orange flame was his pupil. I read myself to sleep when Leaf was already tired so she fell asleep easily.

The Dragon Separation
Chapter 2:
The Disappearance
When I woke up, I noticed that Leaf wasn't there. I gasped and jumped onto Windy and Blaze to wake them up. "Leaf isn't there!" I yelled. That's when Windy and Blaze woke up. "WHAT??" Windy exclaimed worriedly. I pointed to her bed. Windy and Blaze gasped. "We could explore the woods to find out where she is," Blaze suggested. "I mean, where else could she go?" "True," I said. "Let's go then." We walked into the woods carefully and saw a river, so we walked by it and many tall trees. The ground was a messy mix of wet dirt, orange leaves, and tiny twigs and sticks. Every now and then, a fallen tree would appear. Then we saw bright colored leaves on the trail. We knew it was Leaf. We walked on, following the trail of bright colored leaves.

Chapter 3:
The Fight
We knew the further we went inside the forest meant the more we would encounter the monsters of the woods. It was still a little dark outside, but the sunrise was almost here. "Should we split up?" Windy asked, still walking on the trail. "I don't know. Remember the incident?" I replied, shaking my head a little. "But that was before when we were kids. We know how to defend ourselves now." Windy said. I sighed and looked at Blaze for his opinion. "What?? Don't bring me into this!" He exclaimed and continued walking. "I say no, we could fall into their dimension at any momen-" I said, getting cut off. The leaves slid down and we fell into the hole. We landed in the monster's dimension. I sighed. "Great." Except we were at the entrance of some kind of arena. The area around was empty, all the monsters inside. We heard shouting and cheering. I looked at Windy and Blaze. "You think she's in there? Fighting a monster?" Blaze nodded. We walked inside, but slowly. We saw Leafy on the battlefield, a monster in front of her. The rest of the monsters were in the stands, cheering and shouting. Leafy was putting up a pretty good fight, but her opponent was also. It was very evenly matched and we knew it would last until Leafy lost her energy. "Ready guys?" I asked them, in a confident tone. They nodded. We slowly walked in, and the fight stopped for a second. The monsters in the stands stopped cheering and shouting, and just looked at us. Leafy had a tiny sigh of relief. The monster tried to throw an unexpected punch, not using any powers. Windy had a quick reaction time and threw a very strong gust of wind at the monster so it fell down. It passed out. The monsters in the stands let out a big 'aww' as we walked over to Leafy. "Why did you leave camp unexpectedly again? We were worried about you." I asked her. "I wanted to go for a walk but didn't think about the monsters and this dimension," She replied. "We have to finish this guy off though and then run to the hidden portal." As the monster got up, Blaze was trying to make a supernova, his second biggest attack, while we covered him and distracted the monster. The monster's power was shadow, and so was the rest of the monsters' power. When Blaze was ready, he yelled to move out of the way. We did, and he threw the supernova at the monster. The monster lay on the ground until some monsters ran out from the stands and brought him to the hospital.

Chapter 4:
Ella
Leafy had scars all over her. I have always hated this dimension, or the Shadow Realm, as they call it. "We can visit Ella to clean you up. Does anything hurt?" Windy asked Leafy. "Only my right arm," She said. Windy nodded. We were in a plain in the Shadow Realm, heading to the portal. We eventually reached it and went inside. We started walking towards Ms. Ella's house. She is a flower fairy and lives in a big house along with the rest of her friends and family. She is a good friend of ours, especially Leafy. Leafy and Ella were friends when they were just kids, and we got to meet her later on. We come to visit her when one of us is hurt, because she is a doctor, or if it's been a while and we want to visit and talk. We arrived and knocked on the door. She opened it. "Hello! Welcome back! Is there anything you all need?" She exclaimed. "Yes, please," I said. "Could you bandage and heal Leafy?" "Of course. L, how did you get hurt?" Ella asked. "Long story, but for short let's say the Shadow Realm," Leafy replied. "Ugh, I hate those sewer rats...always hurting my friends..." Ella grumbled under her breath. "Please, come inside." We went inside the huge home that looked small from the outside, and fairies were roaming everywhere. We followed Ella to her medical room, Leafy limping. She laid down on the medical bed, as Ella and she caught up on stuff. "Please stay safe. I love you, and I don't need another one of my loved ones getting into a coma again." Leafy nodded. 2 years ago, Ella's brother got into a coma, and lives inside a room on the 3rd floor. Ella got some bandages and wrapped them around her scars, especially her right arm. "That should be good for now. Anything else?" She asked us, and we shook our heads. Leafy slowly got up from the bed, and joined us, limping. "Feel better!" She exclaimed as we walked out.

Chapter 5:
Finally Home
We walked back to camp, and it was about noon. Blaze was quite tired after the fight and the long walk. He fell asleep while Leafy laid down to rest. Me and Windy went to go get lunch. When we got back, Blaze was fully rested and cooked the food easily by just blowing fire onto the meat. We brought Leafy some healing herbs and greens from the fairy village. While we eat, I saw something nailed to a tree. It was a poster, indicating the Mythical Creatures Competition, or MCC was going on. The MCC is for all mythical creatures, and you can compete in sports, music, art, math, reading, and spelling competitions. The stadium for it is in Evergett, a town in Unyc, the land for unicorns, pegasus, alicorns, etc. "Should we go?" I asked. "I don't know, did we sign up?" Blaze said sarcastically. I looked at him with an annoyed look. He chuckled a bit and continued eating. " Actually, Blaze, I signed us up. But Leafy has to watch," Windy said. "I signed up Windy for spelling, Blaze for sports, Leafy for math, and me for music. But, of course, Leafy will have to watch so I'll tell them that you won't be playing. And Blaze, you can pick which sport you want to play." Leafy nodded and finished her food. "It starts tomorrow, but for those who volunteered, there are a few games going on right now. Want to go watch?" Windy asked. We nodded and started to fly to Unyc.

Holiday Story for the challenge uwu
The Magic Menorah
------------------------------------------------------
Adrianna was sitting on her bed, with her computer in her lap. "How...many...days...until...Hanukkah." She said while typing a google search. "4? That's not too bad." She got up and went downstairs quietly. She opened the top cabinet in the kitchen to gaze into the chocolate gelt that awaited her. She closed it and went to the dining room where she could view the menorahs. But, she heard some chattering. It was the sound of a high-pitched squeaky voice talking to other voices. She looked over to the corner and saw multiple dreidels, talking to one another. "...oh no. Just teleport her." She suddenly got teleported to an unknown world. The sky was a darkish blue, and the grass white. "W-where am I?" Adrianna said. A wooden house in the distance had a lit-up menorah in the window. A big screen in the town showed a movie about the story of Hanukkah. She started to head towards the house, wondering where in the world she was. The world was cold, and Adrianna was shivering, but the area near the house was warm, and the menorah seemed to be the cause. She took a deep breath. "Should I knock?" Adrianna asked herself in her head. "There might be someone in there." She thought nothing of it and knocked. A creature opened the door, kind of like a pegasus but blue and white. Adrianna gasped softly so the creature couldn't hear. "Hello," The creature said, in a very soft and calming voice. "May I help you?" "Yes," Adrianna replied. "Where am I? What is this place exactly?" "Oh," The creature said. "This place is Hanuka, or the world of Hanukkah. It is one world in the universe of holidays. The Void is where you can teleport to them using portals. The city that we are in is Latki. Do you understand, by any chance?" Adrianna nodded. The creature shook her head a little bit. "Oh, I forgot. My name is Sadi. Please, come in." The house was very warm and cozy. Adrianna was tired and needed to rest. She sat down on the couch and put a blanket over her. Sadi went into the kitchen to grab some hot cocoa. She gave me a mug and she kept one. Adrianna was so comfortable, she almost fell asleep. Sadi turned on the tv. The program on the tv was 'All about Hanukkah'. That reminded Adrianna of religious school on Sunday. After a few days passed, Adrianna became aware of all things Hanukkah. She asked Sadi if there was a portal back to Earth. Sadi nodded, and pointed a few miles away to a forest. "The portal is at the entrance of the forest." Sadi and Adrianna said their goodbyes before Adrianna departed. Sadi gave her a coat, hat, scarf, and mittens for the walk. Adrianna nodded one in thanks. Adrianna left the house and immediately felt cold after a few steps away from the house. A few hours later, she found the portal, and stepped inside. She sighed. The next day, on Sunday, she knew all the answers about Hanukkah. She hoped she would be able to see Sadi again soon.

Chapter 6:
Canceled
Once we arrived in Unyc, I saw a poster in the corner of my eye, right outside the entrance to the main building. It said: 'All games scheduled today are delayed until the unicorns solve a problem in the human world'. We knew something was wrong. But why didn't they tell us? Were they in a hurry of some sort? I shook my head to get rid of those thoughts. We headed straight to the portal building. Inside, we found the human world portal. It was made of cobblestone, with 'HUMAN WORLD' etched right into it. We went inside, one by one. "Alright, let's figure out the proble-" I said, and tried to look at my friends. They weren't there. I realized that the portal was broken, and they were fixing it. Guess we ignored that sign. I sighed. Oh no. We can't get separated, especially in the human world. I flew over the clouds, searching for what seemed to be the problem. A huge tsunami was coming straight for a little city.
I knew immediately who did it. It was Silvi, the weather dragon. He probably is sick today. All of a sudden, another dragon flew in and made a huge ice wall to stop the tsunami. I sucked the water inside me so I could have a bit more energy. They destroyed it. The dragon became visible, and it was Flo, the ice dragon. I nodded my head in thanks. They left back to our world. I suddenly had a huge headache. Something was wrong.

Chapter 7:
The Problem
Whenever I had pains like this, there must be a problem somewhere. Even though finding my friends is vital right now, I need to fix whatever the problem is. I went back into the portal and arrived back at the portal building. I entered the Shadow Realm. The monsters were yelling, shouting, and chattering. I peeked from behind a boulder. "How will we invade?" One asked. "We will all come at once," Another one replied. I went back to the portal. I thought in my head. You can't do this alone, Ocean. You must find your friends. I shook my head. "I don't have enough time," I whispered. I went back to my world and flew to the fairy village. When I asked them about my friends, they luckily all passed by here. I smiled. "Blaze was heading to the Shadow Realm to check on things there. Windy is searching for you guys, and Leafy is asleep, as it is early in the morning," Ella said when I asked her the questions. I nodded. "One of my friends who is a monster said they would be ready next week. You have to hurry." That was all I needed. I went back to the Human World, and decided to take care of them until the monsters came. All of the mythical creatures have special devices that allow us to transform into any normal thing to hide our true form. I transformed into a human girl, with a sack full of goodies. I gave them to the villagers and put them to sleep. I heard some thumping in the distance. I didn't fully transform into a dragon, just my wings appeared when I looked forward to where the sound was coming from. It ended up being nothing.

Pearls by Neena
-----------------------------------------------
Pearls that shine in the sun
Glitter in the ocean
Sit in all their glory
Pearls that lay inside of a clam's shell
Locked inside
Trapped with no way out
Pearls that sit inside a store
Waiting to be bought
By a kind girl
Pearls that escape the shells
Free at last
Joining the beauty of the sea
Pearls that visit the checkout
There stands a kind girl
A warm smile spread across her face
Pearls that give happiness
A hebrew name
Beauty of jewelry
--------------------------------------------------
Note: I scratched out my last name and Pearl is what my hebrew name means

100 Humans
-------------------------------------
I walked down the streets of the village, hoping I would get to the armorer first for discounts. Our town was famous for having exactly 100 humans. I gave some money for some tools, and began to chop wood for mom. You are a clever girl, Maya...you mustn't let anything stop you from healing your mother. I nodded my head at the thought of that. When I finished, I put the wood into my sack and headed home, which wasn't too far away.
-
When I got home, I placed the logs into the fireplace and went to my dad. "Is she getting better?" I asked him, a little sadly. "Yes," He replied, and my face brightened at that. "She is almost cured." I smiled so widely and hugged dad. I pulled away after a few seconds. I ran to the TV and began watching the news. "Fellow citizens of the town of Kishua, there is a ghost haunting our town." The reporter said, in a firm, stern voice. "The police are doing everything they can to help us. Stay safe!"
-
I was terrified. What if the ghost entered my mom's body and took over her? I shook my head, not wanting to think about things like that. I heard a thump from outside, and it was a light falling from a house. As it came closer to me, it broke the lights as it went. I could hear and feel the woosh when it came by. It seemed to have entered my house, and I wandered around trying to figure out where it could be. But I heard a growling noise.
-
I looked into the living room. Mom was struggling. She was moving around rapidly, and it seemed she was getting controlled by something but trying to fight it. It's the ghost, I thought. Trying to control my mom. At the same time, I heard another thud from outside, only it wasn't a ghost.
-
A person had fallen. The whole village rushed to help, but it was no use. They had died. I realized how they died. When I was in the presence of the ghost, I felt very sick. Maybe that's how they died? I thought. I nodded. Yup, that is exactly how they died.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Note: For anyone reading this story, this is a series about the village of Kishua, which is famous for having 100 Humans. In each chapter, one human dies, so it would be like
100 Humans
99 Humans
98 Humans
Etc. It is sort of like the story of the coronavirus. The ghost has something to it that when it nears living creatures it makes them become very sick if they stay in the presence for too long. The ghost can also take over people, and use them to murder others. This is going to be something I will work on until it hits 0 Humans. If you read The Dragon Separation , I will still work on both in-between. Good? Good. See ya soon! :)

!ATTENTION ALL READERS OF MY STORIES!
I will be postponing The Dragon Seperation and 100 Humans to focus on other writing ideas I have. Sorry to anyone who was reading them! They aren't permanently closed, I just won't be continuing them until further notice. Thanks for understanding!

Writing ideas:
When I See You Again
- Two enemy species are at war. A soldier from the enemy side and a soldier-in-training meet up at a base camp. That small interaction leads them to grow on each other. Before leaving, the enemy soldier sets up a date to meet up with the soldier-in-training. They keep secretly meeting up and fall in love over time. The soldier-in-training is pressured to become the first female soldier. Both are strictly prohibited from interacting with each other outside of violence.
Awkward
- Two girl best friends have been besties for forever--until one of them comes out as lesbian. The two have now entered high school and their interactions have turned into an awkward mess. Eventually, the two talk and work things out. The lesbian friend lies about liking someone else. She freaks out to another friend about possibly liking her best friend. The non-lesbian friend hears a rumor that the lesbian friend likes her, and the two become awkward again. But when a big assignment comes up and they are forced to work together, everything changes once more.
Your Serve
- Two volleyball friends have a harsh fall-out. One of them decides to date the other's ex for not only popularity but also for revenge. The other friend secretly spreads rumors about the other, lying and climbing her way up the social ladder. When a series of misunderstandings and chaos happen between Friend #1 and Friend #2's ex, Friend #1 is left single and helpless. The ex is convinced that Friend #1 was using him for revenge and popularity. Fast forward to now: Friend #2 & her ex are back together, and Friend #1 got kicked off the volleyball team, so she switched schools. When the two go against each other in a volleyball championship game, who can prove herself better?
When The Clock Strikes Midnight
- A haunted house operator gets a complaint from a kid's mother, saying that one of the ghosts was chasing her kid. The operator enters the house to see that nothing was wrong. The same thing happens to the rest of the people going inside. This keeps happening for weeks. Over and over again, the operator goes inside and confirms that nothing is wrong. But one day, a group of teens enter the house on Halloween. The group has the same complaint. The group and the operator go inside--only to see that the door is shut and locked behind them. The clock had struck midnight and the house had come alive.
A Kingdom of Secrets and Lies
- A messenger travels to a rival kingdom to deliver a message. But when he gets there, no one is at the castle to receive it. But in the throne room, there is a mysterious letter. The messenger and a villager team up to find out why everyone disappeared--and how neither kingdom is what they seem to be.
The Lock-In
- Drama about a friend group who decide to have a lock-in inside of their school
More coming soon lol

If you do the awkward one: maybe the girl who starts off not being lesbian likes this one boy at the beginning and by the end realizes she’s bi or pan? Just an idea :)

POEM for 9/11
One tragic day
Thousands of innocents
In those Twin Towers
Forever lost
Firefighters,
Police,
First responders
Walk in but never walk out
Say their names
The victims of the plane
From the US of A
Now found
September 11, 2001
23 years later
We remember that day
Now none of us are strangers
