YESSS I've been meaning to read this book and now I finally have the push to read it :P

Sorry for the radio silence, work has been super busy the past month (and this week) but ill take care of some group duties soon, lol.

As for the book (light spoilers): i really enjoyed it! It was not at all what I was expecting, and not normally a topic i am really interested in (I'm allergic to celebrities and Hollywood in general) but i liked the characterization of Evelyn, Harry, and Celia. the whole final third of the book was very sad, and heart breaking, and i wish the resolution wasn't so upsetting! every few pages was another shot to the heart, lol.

Monique learning from Evelyn (and using her wisdom despite resenting her) was satisfying, but she felt a little flat as a character!
