Our last book of the summer is This Golden State by Marit Weisenberg.

This novel is Weisenberg's fourth book, and as of this posting has maintained a 4-star average. It follows Poppy, a teenage girl whose family is hiding a secret that keeps them perpetually on the run... and what happens when Poppy's search for knowledge brings danger to the entire family.

What are your expectations for this novel? Does the premise remind you of any other books you have read?
