One of my favorites is John Green's An Abundance of Katherines. I love the dialogue and punchy one-liners, and the protagonist trying to create a theorem to figure out how long a couple will last based on his failed relationships. I'm not sure it qualifies as a romance, because the characters don't spend a whole lot of time staring dewy-eyed at one another, but it's definitely enjoyable.
I listened to Jane and Austen last month and I really liked it. It was light romance, witty, charming and fun. It's a New Adult book, since the main characters graduated college and the plot centered around the wedding week, but it felt like a YA book.
