Animal Physiology- The user can transform into animals, as well as use the abilities, traits and appearance/physiology of animals by rearranging their own DNA structure. Some may have this ability from an empty genetic code, allowing them to accept any form from which they have a DNA sample, others may be able to alter their form mentally and change just by seeing and mimicking animal features. (They can only transform into animals and cant combine animal forms)

Can you add perfect recall

Is there a rule about using a power that others already have? There are multiples already, so I'm just curious.
Anyways...
My claims:

Clairvoyance
A bit like telekinesis, this power allows a person to reach into another's mind. While the person is not able to fully control another's mind, they can create images inside someone's mind, usually of their greatest fear, and make them believe they are in that situation. The person with this power can also read minds, though it takes a lot of focus and concentration, and doesn't always work. Another part of this power is the ability to see the future, though usually just events a few hours before they happen.

Fire Manipulation
This power gives a person the ability to control fire and manipulate it at their whim.
