This statement is so true as I think you read just about everything! You are a mulit-genre reader. :)

I made the banana bread while technically at work (the perks of working from home...don't tell my boss) and then it was ready when I needed to go pick my son up from school so I cut us both a piece and added a little bit of butter and ran to the car. The first time I hit the breaks they flew on the ground and under my pedals. It was dramatic and depressing at the same time. My car floors are not clean so there was no salvage. But we just got new pieces when we got home.

Not sure where to post this but, any fans of Dean Koontz in here maybe interested in his title Phantoms that is marked down to $2.99 for Amazon's Kindle today. This was one of the first titles of his I read, way back in the day, and it was creepy to me, and was a great read.

Phantoms is really solid.

Hey there, just wanted to pop in and let ya all know that I just read through two of these little books Matt Shaw was selling at the con I was at. They were both interesting, fun, and from the mind of Matt Shaw..so that should help you know what you're getting into :0) These books were called Bad Taste Booklets. I bought them for $5 each (con pricing) but he does sell a bunch of these on Etsy as well and they are a little over $13 on there. I believe it's because of shipping and it's not a convention price. Anyway, they were quick reads that I would give between a 4 and 5 star review for. One made me go laugh (which I really probably shouldn't have) and the other made me go hmm.

I'd like some more friends here on Goodreads. I don't have very many- despite having joined some time ago, I've only recently become active. I mostly read Fantasy, Sci Fi, horror/ supernatural thrillers, myth/fairy tale retellings.
