This is one if my all time favorite musicals, and I just watched the new movie for the first time last night! Has anyone else seen it? What did you think? Talk to me! Lol

I KNOW!!!!! it was very lucky I knew the soundtrack by heart before hand, or I would have been lost in all the parts with the Jets (Ben Cook. just.. just... PERFECTION!!!!) I almost cried from joy every time I saw him, XD

and the singing was surprisingly good, seeing as both Tony and Maria are played by people who do not come from a musical background. oh, it was so good, and emotional! I was so sad in the rumble scene (*laughs shakily "it's okay" *a single tear* *falls down* it killed me! (no pun intended))

Yeah, I agree with you. the new one was definitely better. the only thing is it was a bit harder to tell the Jets apart, and they changed that one tomboy from the original :-(
