where like, people can post facts about their characters that might not show up in roleplay or in their forms ( or, even elaborate on facts that are mentioned ) or just add general headcannons like "I believe so and so would definitely do this"

What if, there was a folder for the junior high like the high school? and it'd be in association with other hero schools, where they work hard to get the kids in preparation for entering said hero schools and for controlling their quirk. ( and no, i don't just mean the hero department. it'd be like, an advanced school or something for the support, general, etc as well. )
like how they have academies and shit where all the students are super smart or show a lot of potentials. It'd be a normal junior high, just yknow, built by the hero schools to help regulate a bit more due to the increase of dangerous quirks. ( because as the theory the show states, as the generations go on, the stronger and more dangerous the quirks ).
It wouldn't be a guarantee that they'd get into the hero school of their choice and they wouldn't be forced to attend a hero school either after graduating, but it'd give them some experience and would look good on resumes. they'd still have to take the exams and stuff too. But uh, I was thinking a lot of pro-heroes would send their kids to that school since it has high security like U.A.
So, like, a miniature folder for the junior high where the previous junior high topic is archived in it so the previous roleplay isn't deleted.

I thought it'd be pretty cool and a good measure and everything. Because while they have the strongest hero in history ( deku ), it'd be dangerous to leave quirks as is as they increasingly get more powerful and dangerous to others and themselves. not only that, it'd help the kids in advance to learn how to deal with villains and villain attacks, whether they become a hero or not. it'd also help them formulate strategies and make it better for when unexpected attacks happen like what happened to deku during their school time, to better prepare them than what deku and his classmates had at the time.

it could be a fairly new school that was just finished being built a year or so back and is now just accepting students? and funded by top heroes like deku, bakugou, etc on top of the hero schools to better facilitate the young students.

Well we already had the sports festival if thats the one you're talking about. If its the talent festival you're talking about, i plan to. We just have some arcs until that i think.
