the jasmine common room is full of hiding spots. behind the olive-green couches, in one of the various wooden cabinets and wardrobes everywhere, maybe even under the coffee table if you're desperate. the carpet is dark grey, and the room is lit by a pretty simple ceiling fan and a few lamps here and there. lots of shadows. lots of places to hide.

Kieryn, bored, walks out. She wanted to read. That was the only thing she really felt comfortable doing, besides sneaking around.
