(It's fine! And I can't wait to read King of Scars, I haven't read it yet.)

He keeps his form as a demon-monster thing and tries to kill you.

I read that a while back, it's a good series as it progresses and The Infernal Devices series (which is another series in the Shadowhunters universe), which I read after The Mortal Instruments, is fantastic (especially the last book.)
